Hey! I'm Julio, a modern (leaning) consulting & predictive astrologer. I’m also an artist, entrepreneur, SaaS marketer, icon, and lifelong nerd with a deep appreciation for the kind of astrological insight that makes people stop mid-conversation and go, “Wait...how did you know that?”

That’s sort of how the astrology thing happened. I grew up relatively sheltered but wanted to learn more about other people. I heard about astrology and, eager to understand whether it was right or wrong, dove into self-learning headfirst.

Eventually, I realized that regardless of what you think about the mechanics, there’s something very real about the symbolism of astrology and how it speaks to the human experience. And even more importantly, by learning astrology, I cultivated a powerful intuitive gift for connecting with others and helping them navigate and unpack their lives.

The journey started in my PJs in grade school. Since then, I went to school, did the practical thing, and got a “real” job (I still absolutely love and thrive working in the land of practical reality, so if you need help with your business, hit me up), but I’ve never quite been able to shake the call of astrology. So, here we are.

On top of my B.A. degree and over a decade in the corporate world as a marketer, I’m proud to have earned professional certification as a modern counseling and predictive astrologer through Maria DeSimone’s Insightful Astrology School. This important step in my education prepared me not only to practice skillfully, but ethically, with deep respect for how astrology intersects with real people’s lives and experiences.

I’m proud to consider myself part of a rich lineage of astrologers who combine disciplined technique with real human empathy, intuition, and care.

Now, I’ve built The Icon Astrology, an astrological practice devoted to demystifying the deep symbolism and wisdom astrology offers and translating it into practical insights for everyday life.
